This beautifully curved solid wood bench is part of Dovetailors Flow collection and takes its design inspiration from nature’s softly moulded lines. Designed parametrically to suit any living room, dining room, kitchen and more, the width ranges from 60cm to 200cm in 10cm increments - please select Bespoke Option.
This solid wood bench features a recessed top for comfort and solid tenon and mortice jointing for strength and durability. Made to order, ready to ship within 2 weeks of order received.
Dovetailors products are built to extremely high standards so that they will withstand many years of use. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your Dovetailors product we will refund or exchange it, if you let us know within 7 days of receiving your item and provided it is returned to us within 28 days in its original packaging and condition.

Dovetailors
Dovetailors began with a simple idea and a passion for craftsmanship. Founded by master cabinetmaker and designer David Wilson — who also holds a PhD in engineering — the business started with bespoke commissions made from a home workshop. A natural problem solver, David brought technical precision to every project, no matter how complex.
Meanwhile, Emmanuelle Wilson was building a career in global export, developing expertise in sales, management, finance and governance — skills that would later prove invaluable in her role as Managing Director of Dovetailors.
Their first workshop opened in the Yorkshire Dales in 2005, accompanied by a small gallery that showcased the work of local artists and makers. Their earliest manufacturing customer was Cavendish Pianos, a nearby piano company who sought Dovetailors’ expertise in wood component design.
From the beginning, Dovetailors gained a reputation for their collaborative, client-focused approach. They became known for bringing even the most unusual concepts to life, working closely with clients to refine ideas and deliver them with care, quality, and originality.
As their reputation for craftsmanship grew, Dovetailors began taking on larger projects for architects, designers, and renovation teams. One standout commission involved working with the community at Wakefield Cathedral, helping to reimagine its interior furnishings. The result was a respectful transformation — modernising style and function while honouring the historic architecture and solemn purpose of the space.
