Returns and Refunds

Products from standard collections

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, submit a Return Request via your account dashboard.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving returned goods.

Bespoke or customised items are non-returnable.

Damages and Issues

Submit a Return Request within 7 days with photos and description.

Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order once approved.
