2. Eligibility
The platform is primarily intended for professional users including interior designers, architects, and trade buyers.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke accounts at our discretion.
3. Accounts and membership

- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Membership tiers may include paid subscriptions
- Access to features depends on your membership level
4. The Library
The Library is a trade platform providing:
- Product discovery
- Tearsheet downloads
- Sample requests
- Bespoke quote requests
Access to certain features may be restricted to approved members.
5. Product information
Products listed on the platform are provided by independent brands and suppliers.
- Most products are made to order
- Descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only
- We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness
Users are responsible for verifying all specifications, dimensions, suitability, and lead times directly with the supplier before placing an order.
6. Pricing and trade terms
- Trade pricing is available to approved members only
- Prices may exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
- Final pricing may vary based on configuration, quantity, or bespoke requirements
7. Requests (quotes, samples, bespoke)
Users may submit requests through the platform:

- Sample requests
- Bespoke enquiries
These requests are sent to relevant brands or suppliers, who are responsible for responding.
House of Estila acts solely as a platform facilitating these interactions and is not a party to any agreement formed between users and suppliers.
8. Orders and transactions
Where transactions are facilitated through the platform:
- Products are supplied directly by third-party brands or suppliers
- Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal
- House of Estila does not store or process payment card details
- Terms of sale, pricing, lead times, and fulfilment are determined by the supplier
Any disputes regarding orders must be resolved directly with the supplier unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns and refunds
Most products are made to order and may not be eligible for return.
- Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the individual supplier’s policies
- Standard collection items may be eligible for return within 30 days where agreed by the supplier
- House of Estila does not process returns or issue refunds directly
